OUR MEMBERS, WHO ARE THEY?
The Scale & Coin Beta Chapter is a diverse group of over 80 current members representing disciplines of business, media and journalism, economics, statistics, history, computer science, and more. Our brothers are involved in diverse extracurricular pursuits, cultivating rich partnerships with organizations around the campus community. These include Panhellenic and Inter-fraternity Council organizations, the Multi-Cultural Greek Council, UNC athletic teams, academic organizations, and research.

44% of our brotherhood is from outside the state of North Carolina, and 7% are from outside the United States!

Scale & Coin has a strong commitment to community service with several brothers being part of the Buckley Public Service Scholars program and the Luther Hodges program within Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Additionally, we have an organization-wide community service commitment with organizations such as Durham Literacy Center and Orange County Special Olympics. We've also hosted community service events for the Trevor Project, Orange County Rape Crisis Center, and the Blood Connection.
